de Software posts the following links that he has recently found: Mountain Goat
Software, a site specializing in agile methodologies. Open Group, promotes
the integration of information by the use of open standards. Cesar Tardaguila in design-nation
has been finding billboards advertising the creation of web pages
from as little as 50€ and wonders where this is all going. Do
the potential purchasers understand what they are getting for their
money? Javier Pérez in JavierPérez
muses on the various IDEs that he has used. Zend
Studio is great for programming in PHP, but has not support for
JavaScript and little for HTML and CSS, all languages
that are indispensable for creating a web site. Visual Studio .NET
2005 and Visual
Studio .NET Express (available for free download from Microsoft)
are great when you want to work with Windows .NET. For working with
Java, there are two very good tools, Netbeans
and Eclipse. An IDE that isn't
well known is KDevelop, for
developing KDE applications, which is both complete and simple. Do
you choose the IDE based on the language in which you are going to
develop, or the language based on the IDE that you want to use? |
