José Luis Sánchez Navarro in avemundi writes that one of the visual effects that he likes in the 'About' box of programs is what he calls Star Wars; it is when the text slides appears at the bottom of the screen, slides up and disappears from the top. One of the best developers of controls for Fivewin was Ramón Avendañ and his class Dynamic Say (DSay) could be used to produce this effect. Another of his classes, SayRef allowed you to put a click able link into the text. In the text, there is a little demonstration of the scrolling credits, together with the source code. |
