a program for setting up and maintaing Gannt charts for project
management. GanntPV is a simple tool released under GNU GPL licence.
It is scriptable using Python and works on Windows or Mac machines.

Suppose a machine was invented that could take a single loaf of
bread and duplicate it any number of times for almost no cost. What
would you do? Would you destroy the machine, or would you continue to
charge 50 pence for each loaf of bread only in order to support the
old business model of the bakers?
Surely you would recognize that the world has changed and new
social and business models are required?
